Vermillia is naturally a very strong person. years of using her weapon has given her incredible upper body strength. her Semblance uses her aura to help strengthen her already strong muscles, making her punch's and kick's much harder and combined with her weapon the blows can be devastating.
her semblance gives her a second advantage, although she can lift her weapon with ease its weight makes movement more difficult, thus slowing Vermillia down. Her Semblance seemingly eases the weight of the Bloody thorn and thus making her quicker.
Her semblance causes huge pressure in her body as well, making the ground beneath her feet crack often.

Personality: Vermillia is Very flirtatious and outgoing, she enjoys to flirt and banter with almost every one she meets.
shes a very chatty person, a trait that on more than one occasion has gotten her into trouble.
she is also very loyal and compassionate, she takes care of her friends no matter the cost, often taking on there own burdens.
she may not act it but Vermillia is a very studuious girl, she makes sure to get decent grades in order to be the best team leader she can be, and as the slowest member of her team, she cant make any mistakes so she makes sure she  stays sharp.
shes a little bit perverted, shamelessly checking out boys shes interested in.

Vermillia can often get overly emotional. shes usually got control over her own feelings but in times of desperation, hearbreak, pain and even really happy times her emotions can get the better of her.
she has a little bit of a short temper, and can be quick to anger if anyone pushes her buttons.

Vermillia is usually over protective of those she holds close to her heart.

Background story:

Vermillia comes from a wealthy family as an only child , her parents, often busy with work, didnt pay her much attention and she grew up often playing in her backyard, which stretched out into a large woodland area.
at a young age Vermillia was introduced to Robin Hexenjager, a shy boy her own age and the two became inseparable.
Robins own parents travled around alot, and instead of dragging him from place to place he spent most his time being taken care of at the Holzfaller home and playing with Vermillia in the woodlands. Vermillia and Robin formed a strong Sibling type bond.
the pair grew up taking care of each other and always watching each others backs.
there teamwork became instinct and the pair were able to work perfectly with out ever needing to speak directly to one another.
Robin and Vermillia are very protective over each other, and Robin is very cautious when it comes to Vermillia dating, in fear that she may have her heart broken.

Inspiration:
Vermillia is based off Gretel from the childrens story " Hansel and Gretel"
the fairy tale being German was the inspiration i used to make Vermilla's last name a German one.

Facts:
as a child Vermillia was on the chubby side, something she use to be very self conscious about, in her teens Vermillia grew into her chub and is now very confident in her looks and figure.
